I am about all the following things, and more that couldn’t fit on this (very large) page:

I don't care how smart you think you are
or aren't,
how well you perform
in work or life or love or art,
or whether you can get your point across with ease.

What I want to know is:
how big is your heart,
what's the contents of your soul,
and are you willing to
play!
tell yourself the truth,
get out of the way
of your own unfolding,
and be as you as you can stand?

about me

• I have a little girl named Ellie, my most challenging and awesome creation.
• I ran the eco-friendly clothing line Heidi & Seek until early 2010, when I stopped to find myself again.
• Thinker Maker documents my search.
• I am deeply in love with words and the flow that happens when I begin to write.
• I’m a counselling student, less interested in learning theoretical concepts than applying and experiencing what works to make life bigger, better, and more glorious.
